Case management services are brief, solution-focused sessions designed to offer support between regular appointments or for specific, immediate concerns.
Sliding scale options may be available based on financial need, and I invite you to contact me to discuss how we can work together to find options that meet your needs.
Individual psychotherapy sessions: $150 for 55-minutes
Walk-in solution-focused sessions: $100 for 45-minutes
1:1 Clinical Supervision: $130 for 60 minutes
Group Clinical Supervision: $50 for 60 minutes

Insurance Coverage
We accept insurance coverage from most major commercial plans.
This is made possible through companies we have contracted with, including Alma and Headway.
Our current credentialing with Alma includes: Optum, United, Aetna, Cigna, & EAPs
Our current credentialing with Headway includes: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, BCBS, Anthem, Carelon Behavioral health, Aetna, Cigna, & Athem EAP
